Gainesville & Tallahassee “Primary Care” Attorneys
You wouldn’t take your car to a mechanic who only fixes carburetors, and you’d be wary of a dentist who only works on incisors. So why settle for a lawyer who can handle only one single practice area? Most people have a primary physician who can refer them to a specialist if a health concern warrants it, but who otherwise treats general health issues. At Bauer Law Group we serve our clients in a similar fashion with the understanding that many legal issues intersect with multiple aspects of our clients’ lives. Every court cases is a complex matter, you want a lawyer who can see both the forest and the trees. Ask yourself, do you want an attorney for your divorce if they don’t understand real estate law too?
A Firm With A “Primary Care” Approach
At Bauer Law Group in Gainesville, Tallahassee, Leon, Columbia, Bradford, Union, Gilchrist, levy, Dixie, and Putnam, our attorneys adopt a “primary care” approach to providing legal counsel that is similar to the overarching care that a primary or family physician provides. We feel this approach is uniquely effective. Just as medical needs intertwine, making it beneficial to have a doctor who helps you monitor your overall health, legal concerns tend to overlap and blend together. Having a team of lawyers who have a strong understanding of your personal and professional situations goes a long way toward protecting your interests and remaining “healthy” from a legal standpoint.

Our firm emphasizes personal attention, and we adopt an unrelenting approach when prosecuting our cases. Too many lawyers look to settle disputes rather than litigate. They may feel it’s in the best interests of the clients — the “bird in hand” approach — or they may be driven by their own self-interest to resolve each case as quickly as possible and collect their fee. By preparing every case to litigate, we are able to negotiate from a position of strength. As General George S. Patton Jr. stated, “The only sure defense is offense, and the efficiency of the offense depends on the warlike souls of those conducting it.”
